If you have replenished your account balance
The value of your balance in the top panel should increase by the amount of the payment carried out. Inside your personal account, you can also see the history of your balance changes.
Replenishment of a personal account can be made with a delay if payment was made via bank transfer or from a plastic card.
If you made a payment for a previously created order.
The status of your order was changed to “Paid”, and the ordered files were sent to your E-mail. If you have not received a notification letter about order payment or have not received a letter with links to the ordered files, then check their presence in the SPAM folder.
You can see the details of your order inside your personal account, in the “Orders” tab.
If you made payment of a contribution to the project
Go to the project to which the contribution was made through the top menu of the site and check the display of your statistics as an investor in the project.
If there is a problem
If you are sure that the payment was made, but your account balance was not replenished or the order was not paid, then please write to the support@rightmusicrecords.eu
