Release Notes:
Here on the Right Music Records page you will find all the information you need to submit your mastered demo tracks quickly.
1. Single
🚫 We do not release singles.
- Tracks: 1
- Length: Usually 2–10 minutes
- Purpose: A standalone track meant for promotion, playlisting, or building hype before a larger release (EP or album).
- Format: Can include remixes or instrumental versions but is still considered a single.
2. EP (Extended Play)
- Tracks: Typically 3–6
- Length: Around 10–30 minutes
- Purpose: A smaller release that showcases an artist’s style without being a full album.
- Format: Can include original tracks, remixes, or variations of a core idea.
3. Album (LP – Long Play)
- Tracks: Typically 7+
- Length: Usually 30 minutes or more
- Purpose: A full artistic statement, often with a theme, concept, or progression.
- Format: Includes original tracks, interludes, collaborations, and sometimes remixes.
4. Compilation
- Tracks: Varies (Usually 5+)
- Length: Varies, typically over 30 minutes
- Purpose: A collection of tracks from multiple artists or a curated selection from a single artist, often centered around a theme, label showcase, or special event.
- Format: Can include new releases, exclusive edits, or a mix of previously released and unreleased material.
